About the lead trainer

Nikki McMaster (she/her) is a physical educator and fitness instructor (eRYT200) striving to make wellness accessible to all. Since 2018 she has been teaching movement to humans big and small with a fun, inclusive, and anti-racist lens.

 

What will i learn?

Expand your view of yoga on and off the mat, while giving yourself the opportunity to deepen your practice.

This comprehensive, Yoga-Alliance approved training includes modules about: Asana, Meditation, Pranayama, Teaching, History, Philosophy, Anatomy, Business of Yoga, and Social Justice.

 
 

Training includes: A 200-hour yoga teaching certification with the Yoga Alliance seal of approval; an inclusive and trauma-informed lens as we examine, practice and study yoga; manual; access to a GroupMe chat to stay connected as a cohort; $75 to spend on studio classes and/or merchandise; opportunity to teach community classes at The Point post-graduation; concentrated practice and study of yoga asana, breath, meditation, yoga’s roots and history; expert guidance from our diversely talented training team; and an opportunity to get to know yourself and the ancient practice of yoga!
