Carly Dammon

Carly values exercising with intention and connecting movement to breath. She teaches Barre, Pilates, and Strength & Sweat, and Dance Cardio. She has been moving and grooving since the age of two when she started dance and grew to compete nationally on multiple teams in her hometown in Texas. Her love for dance, intuitive sequencing, and passion for curating performance-enhancing playlists creates an environment sure to induce some dopamine. While her classes are accessible to all levels, they will challenge you and empower your entire body. You'll burn and then you'll breathe -she loves to end with a slow, restorative stretch. When she's not teaching, you can catch her pouring drinks at 36,000 feet as a flight attendant, taking martial arts classes at the Buddhist temple she lives in, or making herbal tea blends for her friends.

Casey Silva (she/hers)

Casey came to yoga in 2013 as a New Years resolution, after many years of ballet training which resulted in a serious back injury. Despite being the least flexible person in the room at that time, she fell in love with the way yoga made her feel, both physically and mentally, and just kept going back for more. In 2019, she was able to take several months off from her day job as a lawyer to travel in Central America and then complete her yoga teacher training with Soma Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. Casey aims to offer classes that are accessible to practitioners of all levels and is always happy to suggest modifications and options for various poses. Through thoughtful and creative sequencing, she encourages her students to listen to what their body needs, move mindfully, and connect deeply with themselves.

Kim Fallon

I come to my mat each day with enthusiasm, humility, kindness, and presence. I want students to find their space on their mats to challenge their bodies, open their minds and expand their hearts.  I offer students guidance through a vinyasa based flow class (the hotter the better if you ask me) moving our bodies breathe to movement, with lots of energy, love, and support along the way.
