Core Flow & Vinyasa Flow

Sara discovered yoga in 2010 and fell in love with the asana practice.Yoga not only assisted Sara physically but also aided her to become a more productive and motivated human being. She then began to find the best version of herself, and wanted to share this self-discovery with others.  

Through the completion of her RYT 200HR with Yogaworks,  Sara believes alignment not only helps build a healthy nervous system, but also creates full awareness in the body and mind. Her classes focus on linking breath with movement in a way that allows the body to fully surrender to the offered asana postures. Sara asks students to challenge themselves during their yoga practice in an approach that is safe, with modifications for all levels. 

Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Sara has lived in Boston for nine years. She lived in East Boston her first year moving away from home. She now still comes to Eastie for Santarpio's (best pizza in the city), to enjoy the skyline, and to be amongst true Boston natives.
