Michelle is a yoga instructor born and raised in Boston, MA. She earned her 200-hour certification from YogaWorks.
Like most yoga enthusiasts, her mat is her happy place. She believes that challenging sequences help dissolve the stress of daily life, and better equip us to handle whatever life throws our way. She says, "no matter how tough the pose, the hardest part of yoga is what happens off of the mat."
Michelle's favorite part of Eastie is her grandparents' house. She loves Warrior I and Wheel poses, and she ran her first marathon this year!
